According to the information received by the "112" hotline of the Ministry of Emergency Situations, an iron ring was stuck on person’s finger in the Khirdalan city of Absheron district. Rescuers of the MES Special Risky Rescue Service involved in the scene ensured the proper removal of the ring under medical supervision.
