Brief information about the coverage area - Situated in Yevlakh city of Azerbaijan Republic. The RC includes the areas of Yevlakh, Mingachevir & Naftalan cities, as well as Yevlakh, Goranboy, Goychay, Ujar, Zardab, Kurdamir & Aghdash regions.

• Area - 8430 km²
• Population - 787 427 

There are landslide areas in Mingachevir city and Goychay region, overflow areas in territory of Ujar, Zardab & Kurdamir regions. Explosions and fires, destructions of buildings and facilities, transport and other accidents inherent to other cities of the Republic are also common in areas covered by Aran RC.
