The preliminary cause of the fire occurred in a private house in the Surakhani district of Baku is determined
As reported, the fire that broke out in a private house located at house 1, Khanlar street 103, Yeni Guneshli settlement, Surakhani district, Baku was extinguished by the forces of the State Fire Protection Service of the Ministry of Emergency Situations. As a result of the fire, on the first floor of the two-story house with a total area of 100 m², the combustible constructions of a room on the area of 20 m², on the second floor, the combustible constructions of a room on the area of 20 m² burned. During the exploration of the fire place, the burnt body of a person was discovered by the firefighters and handed over appropriately.
According to the preliminary probability, the fire was caused by a fire source (cigarette butt) that fell from the outside as a result of carelessness with the operative investigations carried out by the State Fire Control Service of the Ministry of Emergency Situations.
Investigations related to the incident are ongoing.
