MES holds another exercise at “Baku Metropolitan" CJSC

An exercise was held in the construction warehousing section of “Baku Metropolitan” CJSC at the initiative of the State Fire Control Service of the Ministry of Emergency Situations and with the participation of the State Fire Protection Service.

The main topic of the exercise was "extinguishing" simulated fire occured in warehouse No. 11 of the section.

First, information about the simulated fire was given through the loudspeaker. Immediately after the information, the employees of the metro started to “extinguish” the fire with the help of primary fire extinguishers and the “112” hotline of the MES was informed about the fire.

Then, the relevant firefighting forces of the Ministry of Emergency Situations arrived at the scene, “extinguished the fire” in a short period of time.

In the end, the results of the exercise were discussed. MES employees explained to the employees of the metro the necessary combat operations in case of possible emergency situations, ways of extinguishing fires in the territory of metro and the rules of using primary fire extinguishers.
