MES Southern Regional Center holds training
Southern Regional Center of the Ministry of Emergency Situations held another training on "Rescue of the victim using mountaineering equipment".
The main purpose of the training was to increase the knowledge and skills of personnel on the organization and conduct of rescue operations, evacuation of victims from high-rise buildings, as well as to improve effective management skills during rescue operations.
Rescuers evacuated the simulated victims from the "high-rise building" and provided them with "first aid", as well as fulfilled other tasks set during the training.
In the end, the results of the training were discussed and relevant instructions were given.
