On July 4, 2020, the 112 hotline of the Ministry of Emergency Situations received information on fire in Sobsan paint factory situated in Binagady district, Baku. The relevant forces of the Ministry were quickly involved in the area. Deputy Minister of Emergency Situations Etibar Mirzayev and other relevant head persons are on the fire spot. All urgent measures are carried out for extinguishing the fire.
