Thus, for the health and safety of yourself and your loved ones, it is enough to follow three very simple rules:
use a medical mask in all indoor and outdoor spaces;
keep a minimum social distance of two meters with other people;
Wash your hands often with soap or disinfect with an alcohol solution.
If you and your loved ones experience symptoms of a coronavirus infection (fever, sore and pain in your throat, dry cough, shortness of breath), contact immediately an ambulance. Remember:
