We present tables according to the conclusion of contest committee about the persons who participated in the competitions held in Lankaran city on regions covered by South Regional Center, in Guzanli settlement on regions covered by Karabakh Regional Center and in Khachmaz city on regions covered by North Regional Center on April 24-26, 2019, regarding the admission to private and junior head staff, sergeant and extra term actual military service at the Ministry of Emergency Situations of the Republic of Azerbaijan.

Persons, who successfully passed contest must come to the Medical Center of MES Medical Service (address: R.Ismayilov street, 124, Bilajari settlement, Baku) for medical certification and documentation.

The following documents must be submitted:

• autobiography;

• original and notarized copy of ID;

• original and notarized copy of education document;

• original and notarized copy of military ID card;

• for married persons: notarized copy of certificate on marriage;

• for parents or guardians: a notarized copy of the child's birth certificate (guardianship certificate);

• certificate of health form 086;

• certificate from Tuberculosis Dispensary;

• certificate from Skin Dispensary;

• certificate from Mental Diseases Dispensary;

• certificate from Narcological Dispensary.
