MES published a first aid guidebook

Prepared by the Ministry of Emergency Situations of the Republic of Azerbaijan "Immediate first aid" guidebook has been published. The handbook is to provide first aid rendering skills for those who do not have medical education. Concise and illustrated information avail a wide range of readers to render first aid until medical assistance comes. First-aid measures are provided through a sequence of visual images submitted in the booklet to explain saviors to revive by using the means at hand a victim fell unconscious, with stopped breathing and heart activity, cardio-pulmonary resuscitation, acute bleeding, fractures and severe injuries until "Ambulance" reaches the scene.

It should be noted that the guidebook is the next publication published within the Ministry's awareness program.
