Scientific and technical Council of the Ministry
Scientific and Technical Council of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of the Republic of Azerbaijan is a collegial expert advisory body for protection of population and territories from natural and man-made disasters, fire protection, industrial and radiological safety, regulating civil defense issues.
Structure of the Council Board consists of the Chairman, Deputy Chairman, Scientific Secretary and members of the Council. Deputy Minister appointed by Minister chairs the Council. Structure of the Council is confirmed by the decree of the Minister of Emergency Situations.
Members of the Council are the experts of the Ministry of Emergency Situations. Other experts may also be involved into the structure of the Council.
