Minister of Emergency Situations Kamaladdin Heydarov meets with UN Resident Coordinator in Azerbaijan Gulam Ishaqzai

On October 24th, Minister of Emergency Situations of the Republic of Azerbaijan, Colonel-General Kamaladdin Heydarov has met with UN Resident Coordinator in the Republic of Azerbaijan and UNDP Resident Representative in the Republic of Azerbaijan Gulam Ishaqzai.

Minister of Emergency Situations Kamaladdin Heydarov welcomed the guests and noted that his organization attaches great importance to cooperation with international organizations, including the United Nations and expressed hope for further development of these relations in the future.

UN Resident Coordinator in the country Gulam Ishaqzai expressed gratitude for the warm welcome and said that the Ministry of Emergency Situations of the Republic of Azerbaijan is pleased with the successful implementation of joint projects with various UN agencies and expressed confidence that fruitful cooperation will continue.

The sides exchanged views on the issues of mutual interest and prospects for further cooperation.
