MES quickly responded to citizen’s request

According to the compliant by the citizen received via the official Facebook page of the Ministry of Emergency Situations (https://www.facebook.com/officialfhn/ ), the experts of the State Agency for the Control over Construction Safety revealed that the territory of the flat No. 11 in the building 24, in H.Quliyev Street in Hovsan Settlement, Surakhani district, Baku was actually expanded to non-residential area violating the demand of the law. It was revealed that the owner of the flat Rasul Namiq oghlu Qanbarov has made constructive changes, that could be dangerous for the sustainability of the building, in order to expand the area of the flat belonging to him with the total territory of 72,91 square meters and three rooms ton on-residential territory, demolished several walls of the building illegally violating the sanitary and fire protection standards and rules, cut the band tied by the MES experts while conducting state control over the construction to stop the construction works and continued the reconstruction inside the flat.

On September 10, 2020 the employees of the Ministry of Emergency Situations, State Town Planning and Architecture Committee, and Executive Power and Police Department of Surakhani district reviewed the object, the door was sealed up and the citizen conducting illegal reconstruction was comprehensively informed about the norms and demands of the current legislation.
