To the attention of the citizens who participated in the contest for recruitment to the Ministry of Emergency Situations!

Medical certification of candidates who participated and successfully passed the competitions held in April-May, 2019, regarding the admission to private and junior head staff, sergeant and extra term actual military service at the Ministry of Emergency Situations of the Republic of Azerbaijan has been rescheduled in order to accelerate the admission process, medical certification and complete it within a short period of time.

The candidates are being invited for medical certification and documentation on new dates (list is attached).

Persons, who come for medical certification and documentation must submit the following documents:

  • autobiography;
  • original and notarized copy of ID;
  • original and notarized copy of education document;
  • original and notarized copy of military ID card;
  • for married persons: notarized copy of certificate on marriage;
  • for parents or guardians: a notarized copy of the child's birth certificate (guardianship certificate);
  • certificate of health form 086;
  • certificate from Tuberculosis Dispensary;
  • certificate from Skin Dispensary;
  • certificate from Mental Diseases Dispensary;
  • certificate from Narcological Dispensary.

There is no need for persons to pass medical certification if they did it before the invitation date.
