MES announces competition for the position of sailor-rescuer

State Service for Control over Small Ships and Water Rescue of the Ministry of Emergency Situations in connection with beach season announces competition for the position of sailor-rescuer on a contractual basis.

Citizens of the Republic of Azerbaijan who are aged 18–40, speaking Azerbaijan's state language fluently, physically healthy, passed military service, having appropriate training responding requirements of this profession may participate in the competition on vacant sailor-rescuer positions for the 2019 beach season (15 June - 15 September).  

Persons must apply with submitting following documents:

  • identity card;
  • copy of labor book (if any) ;
  • document on full secondary or secondary speciality education;
  • certificate of health;
  • 2 photos size 3x4 (in red background)

Only residents of Baku, Sumgayit, Mingachevir, Shirvan cities and Absheron, Khachmaz, Siyazan, Yevlakh, Sabirabad, Salyan, Lankaran, Astara regions, as well as IDPs temporarily accommodated there may participate in the competition.

Candidates whose level of physical readiness and swimming skills meet the determined norms may participate in interview part.

Documents are accepted at MES State Service for Control over Small Ships and Water Rescue (Baku city, Najafgulu Rafiyev str.26) from April 24, 2019 (except Saturday and Sunday), from 10:00 to 17:00.
