Multisport championship held among MES bodies

Trade Union of the Employees of the Ministry of Emergency Situations and MES Sport-health Center organized multisport championship among MES bodies on February 19-21, 2020.

Up to 75 athletes from 18 teams took part in the championship. Athletes competed in 100m and 1000m run, high and long jump, shot put both in personal and team classification.

MES State Fire Protection Service took the first place, MES Baku Regional Center took the second place, MES Ganja Regional Center  took the third place in team classification. The head referee of the championship was Tofig Aliyev.

Parviz Babayev (Special Risky Rescue Service) took the first place, Vladislav Hajibalayev (State Service for Control over Small Ships and Water Rescue) the second place and Elmir Ahadov (Mughan Regional Center) the third place in the personal classification.

Addressing the event head of the MES Sport-health Center, Colonel Fuzuli Musayev said better results were achieved in the competitions compared to the previous ones. Chairman of the Trade Union of the Employees of the Ministry of Emergency Situations Mehman Ismayilov wished success to the winners.

Diplomas, cups, medals and valuable gifts were given to the winners at the end of the event.
